The “After Me, You Come First” membership was designed to offer you continuous support for 11 weeks because, on average, it now takes 66 days before a new behaviour becomes automatic.
This program offers 77 days with the hope that an extra 11 days will help seal the deal.
Over that time you’ll learn how to build, or enhance, a solid spiritual foundation, strong enough to support any of life’s expected, and unexpected, circumstances that the Universe might have in store.
This is a perfect opportunity to discover how to tap into your intuition, learn how to feel energy so you may begin to trust your own discernment, whilst gaining tools for your spiritual toolbox, naturally boosting confidence within yourself to implement necessary routines and boundaries.
You’ll discover simple ways to clear your energy, protect your energetic body and go within to begin, or tweak, receiving the answers you seek.
Everything you’ll learn will beautifully support you so that you will require less, relying on those outside of you to provide answers.
During your membership you will enjoy the benefit of 9 individualized soul therapy/intuitive healing sessions, to be scheduled at intervals of your choosing. This will allow you to remain in full control of your own healing journey, whilst being committed to a timeline intentionally set to best support the successful implementation of new ways.
